Microblading & Machine Brows

Often we are asked what the difference between microblading and machine brows? Which is right for me? Let's take a closer look and help answer some of your questions here. First, it is essential to know that microblading and machine brows are both an art form of creating perfectly designed and natural-looking eyebrows using the implantation of pigmentation into the skin. With that, however, the processes are different, and we're excited to share the unique properties between the two options.

Microblading is a manual eyebrow tattoo used to create the most natural-looking "hair-like" strokes-perfectly mimicking the effect of real eyebrow hair. Results can last up to two years, and color boost touch-up sessions are available to freshen up your brows as needed.

Machine brows is a cosmetic machine tattoo used to create a multidimensional and more of a makeup look finish. The machine used is different from a standard tattoo machine as it implants the pigment much closer to the skin surface. This technique makes the eyebrow appear far more subtle and less of a solid block tattoo look with traditional tattooing services. Machine shading can be added to any microblading service to achieve a variety of looks and typically lasts longer than traditional microblading brows alone.

For example, our hybrid brows feature a combination technique of "hair-like strokes and soft machine shading for a more "filled-in" brow. Our powder brows are also trendy and offer all shading to create an entirely "filled-in" powder look, much like makeup with no "hair-like" strokes.
